If you're into guns or you're just in the market for a new gun or gun accessories, this is the go to place. They offer 2nd to none customer service and they are trustworthy. I highly recommend this place for your firearm purchasing needs, this is the only place I would go to anymore for a gun or gun accessories. 5/5 A+
The customer service was excellent. Everyone in the store was genuinely nice, helpful and knowledgable.Inventory was well stocked with a wide variety of handguns and long guns.
Terrible I called and was hung up on when I was asking questions very politely I called back and the young man answered again I asked for the manager as my fiance was standing next to me the whole time, and he said I quote I will press harassment charges. So I just replied thank you have a great day. Wow, and they had no idea how to help me with the questions I was asking.
What really impressed me though is this:
I overheard someone selling a handgun to them and the customer/seller told them he wanted about $100 dollars for it and the owner said he could give him $150. I know that the seller would have taken 100 or 125 without a problem but josh choose to give him a fair price.
This place is awesome. Owners are great people and very helpful. Lots of stuff and great prices.
Great experience. I drove an hour to get to their store to pick up a handgun that they were holding for me and I was not disappointed in anyway at all.
I will definitely give Shakey's my fair share of business in the future.
